Brian Tetreault

CHAIRMAN

Brian Tetreault is Chairman of Accurate Recycling, providing strategic guidance and helping shape the company’s long-term direction. With generations of experience in the metal recycling industry behind him, Brian brings a deep understanding of the business, the markets it serves, and the relationships that have helped shape Accurate’s growth.

As Chairman, Brian works closely with the executive leadership team to evaluate strategic opportunities, support continued expansion, and ensure the company remains focused on sustainable, long-term growth. He also helps preserve the principles and standards that have been central to Accurate Recycling since its founding, while supporting the company’s continued evolution within a changing industry.

Brian’s experience and perspective provide an important foundation for Accurate Recycling as the company expands its operations, develops new markets, and builds on its longstanding position in the recycling industry.

George Lucas

Chief Executive Officer

George M. Lucas is Chief Executive Officer of Accurate Recycling, bringing extensive experience in building, restructuring, and scaling businesses across precious metals recycling, automotive supply chains, manufacturing, and clean-energy technologies. Throughout his career, he has held CEO and C-level positions with more than $100 million in P&L responsibility, leading organizations through significant growth, operational improvements, and strategic expansion.

At Accurate Recycling, George provides overall strategic direction for the company and works closely with the leadership team to strengthen operations, expand market opportunities, and position the business for long-term growth. His experience spans sales leadership, business development, operations, and strategic diversification, with a focus on building scalable businesses and creating lasting value for customers and partners.

George has worked extensively with automotive OEMs, Department of Defense contractors, and global industrial partners. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and technical forums, where he shares his expertise on recycling, automotive supply chains, and emerging technologies.

George is a U.S. Army combat veteran and holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Providence College.

dan hayman

President

Dan Hayman is President of Accurate Recycling, where he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and continued growth across its six locations. His responsibilities span purchasing, logistics, processing, laboratory operations, and customer service, ensuring each part of the business operates efficiently and consistently.

Dan works closely with teams across the organization to develop processes, improve operational performance, and maintain high standards throughout the company’s operations. He also plays a key role in identifying opportunities for growth, strengthening customer and supplier relationships, and ensuring Accurate has the infrastructure and resources to support its expanding business.

With a hands-on approach to leadership, Dan remains closely involved in the company’s operations and works to ensure Accurate Recycling continues to deliver reliable service, accurate processing, and consistent results as it grows.

Steve Petrarca

Chief Financial Officer

Steve Petrarca is the Chief Financial Officer of Accurate Recycling, bringing extensive financial, strategic, and operational expertise developed over a long career supporting complex organizations. He is a well-rounded business leader with deep experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and performance improvement, and is widely respected for his judgment, integrity, and practical approach to problem solving. Steve plays a key role in strengthening Accurate Recycling’s financial foundation and supporting sustainable, long-term growth. 

Before joining Accurate Recycling, Steve advised and led financial initiatives for middle-market companies across the Northeast, helping organizations improve profitability, streamline operations, and navigate challenging business environments. His experience includes leading major profit-improvement initiatives, implementing cost controls without workforce reductions, developing pricing and cost-accounting systems, and guiding companies through mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring situations. These efforts consistently resulted in improved cash flow, stronger reporting, and renewed stakeholder confidence. 

Earlier in his career, Steve spent a decade in senior roles within the financial services industry, where he managed large and complex portfolios and negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in loan restructurings. He worked closely with company leadership, lenders, and legal teams to develop and execute turnaround and recovery strategies. Steve holds an MBA in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and he brings a disciplined, balanced perspective to Accurate Recycling combining financial rigor with an understanding of real-world operations. 

Joe Cleary

Chief Technology Officer & VP of Accurate OEM

Joe Cleary is Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Accurate OEM, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, digital infrastructure, and business process automation. With more than 25 years of experience in information technology, systems design, and software development, Joe has played a central role in building the technology platforms that support Accurate’s operations and continued growth.

As the architect behind Accurate OEM, Joe designed and implemented the systems that connect the business from inventory and intake through testing, processing, and finished goods. He has developed data-driven platforms that improve visibility, streamline operations, and provide the tools needed to manage a growing and increasingly complex business.

Joe also leads the continued development of Accurate OEM’s technology and operational systems, using automation and data to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. His approach combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of the business, helping position technology as an integral part of Accurate’s operations and long-term growth.

Alysha Miller

Chief Compliance Officer

Alysha Miller is Chief Compliance Officer at Accurate Recycling, where she oversees compliance across the company’s catalytic converter purchasing and recycling operations. She joined the company in March and brings more than 20 years of experience in the automotive catalyst recycling industry.

In her role, Alysha works to ensure Accurate Recycling’s operations comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. She is responsible for developing and maintaining compliance practices, monitoring regulatory requirements, and working with internal teams to ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Prior to joining Accurate Recycling, Alysha’s professional experience included identifying legal and regulatory issues and resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, administrative hearings, and court proceedings. She has also worked with local and state government agencies on regulatory matters and individual rights.

Alysha plays an important role in maintaining Accurate Recycling’s commitment to compliance, integrity, and transparency across its operations.

Harrison Balder

Vice President of Strategic Accounts

Harrison brings more than six years of industry experience to the Accurate Recycling team. As a fifth-generation professional in the scrap metal recycling industry, he takes great pride in carrying forward the values, work ethic, and relationship-driven approach that have been at the heart of his family’s legacy for generations.

Before joining Accurate Recycling, Harrison worked in commercial real estate at CBRE. He is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, where he earned his degree in Business while competing as a Division 1 soccer athlete.

Harrison is also passionate about giving back to the community. He has served on the Young Professionals Board for Team IMPACT and has dedicated his time to coaching Special Olympics basketball.

Outside of the office, Harrison can most often be found on the golf course, on the ski slopes, or cheering on one of Boston’s professional sports teams.

Cliff Hope

Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales at Accurate Recycling, Cliff leads the company’s North American sales strategy, with a focus on sustainable growth, environmental responsibility, and long-term customer partnerships. He plays a key role in expanding Accurate Recycling’s Automotive and Industrial Catalyst Recycling.

Cliff brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in catalytic converter and precious metals recycling, with extensive knowledge of market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and value-driven recycling programs. Since joining Accurate Recycling in 2023, he has helped strengthen national accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and position the company as a trusted leader in catalyst recycling.

With an extensive network of relationships across North America, Cliff works closely with recyclers, repair networks, refiners, and industry partners. He is known throughout the industry for his straightforward approach, integrity, and reliability, and has built a reputation as a trusted partner who follows through on his commitments.

Beyond his role at Accurate, Cliff is a published industry contributor and has authored numerous articles covering catalytic converter recycling, regulatory compliance, and precious metals recovery. His perspective is grounded in real-world experience and a practical understanding how how responsible recycling, regulatory compliance, and innovation can create lasting value for customers and the industry.

Connor Lucas

Vice President of Trading & Settlements

As Vice President of Trading and Settlements at Accurate Recycling, Connor oversees the company’s trading operations and works closely with customers to ensure accurate, seamless settlements. He brings nearly five years of experience in public accounting, providing a strong financial foundation that complements the complexities of the recycling and precious metals markets.

Connor closely monitors market conditions and uses data-driven analysis to help customers navigate volatility, manage risk, and identify opportunities to maximize value. He also works with customers to provide flexible settlement options tailored to their individual financial needs and priorities.

With a strong analytical mindset and a focus on long-term strategy, Connor leverages data and market intelligence to develop forward-thinking approaches that support Accurate Recycling’s growth while delivering greater value and flexibility to its customers.

Brittany Fowler

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Brittany Fowler is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Accurate Recycling, where she focuses primarily on the growth and development of the company’s industrial catalyst recycling division. She works closely with manufacturing facilities and industrial partners to develop new relationships, identify recycling opportunities, and expand Accurate’s presence in the industrial catalyst market.

Brittany also supports the company’s broader strategic initiatives, including branding, customer engagement, and business development. Her role involves educating customers and partners on recycling opportunities, developing solutions that improve efficiency and value, and building long-term business relationships.

Prior to joining Accurate Recycling, Brittany built a career in education, communication, and leadership strategy. Her experience includes executive coaching, stakeholder management, strategic operations, and content development. She holds master’s degrees in Leadership and Communication and a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education.
